Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty's Reflection! We’re committed to getting your strip lashes to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and more.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

 


Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship U.S only. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package and will have to contact USPS for any questions.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs. 


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 


Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your lashes! Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our policy below to understand your options.


All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on strip eyelashes. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unused lashes.

Order Issues & Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to deliver your order.
